High-accuracy CNC machining for pattern components, tooling details and complex geometry work. Our HAAS equipment handles large-format and precision work that hand methods cannot reliably produce, reducing dimensional variation and rework.

Virtual analysis of filling, solidification, thermal behavior and shrinkage risk before tooling and production decisions are finalized. MAGMA simulation helps identify potential problems earlier, improve gating and risering strategies and reduce avoidable trial and error.

Sand molds and cores produced without conventional hard tooling using ExOne binder-jet technology. Useful for prototype castings, complex core geometry and applications where lead time or geometry makes traditional tooling impractical.

MEET THE BUILDER BEHIND SPARTAN PATTERN.

Kory Anderson has spent his career building, restoring and advancing American manufacturing. Raised on a South Dakota farm, he began as a welder and started his first manufacturing business from a garage at 22. Today, he leads Anderson Foundries and its family of iron casting, aluminum casting and pattern-making companies.

His work reaches beyond manufacturing facilities. Kory led the recreation of the 150 HP Case steam traction engine, recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's largest, and founded Iron Warrior Academy to help prepare the next generation for careers in the skilled trades.

Spartan Pattern reflects Kory's belief that American manufacturing is strongest when practical experience, skilled craftsmanship and modern technology work together.
